Our projects range from new homes on infill plots in Acton, Greenford and Northolt to refurbishments of period terraces in Hammersmith, Fulham and Shepherd's Bush, and lower-ground conversions in Kensington and Notting Hill. Park Royal and Perivale bring light commercial and industrial-unit work.
We also deliver projects in Ealing, West Ealing, Hanwell, Southall, Chiswick, Brentford and Isleworth.

Yes. We can review proposals early to give buildability and budget feedback, which helps avoid designs that are expensive to build.
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 set out duties for clients, designers and contractors to manage health and safety. On domestic projects, many of the client's duties pass to the contractor.
New homes are often sold with a structural warranty. Warranty providers inspect during construction, so it needs to be arranged before work starts; we'll work with the provider you choose.
We price against a defined scope and report costs regularly. Variations are priced and approved before they go ahead.
Yes. We offer build-only contracts and can work with your design team, quantity surveyor and employer's agent.
We introduce ourselves before work starts, agree working hours, keep roads and pavements clean and give notice before noisy or disruptive work.
Many London homes can extend down, but basements involve underpinning, waterproofing and Party Wall matters, and some councils have specific policies. We'll review feasibility with your engineer.
